How many participants should we expect? 10-40 participants depending on the size of your venue. How often can I host events? We recommend monthly or bi-weekly What time do events take place? Each venue is different depending on the type of space and closing time. Some choose to host the events after hours. Others host events during regular business hours (which is more suitable for larger spaces). What days of the week? Whatever fits your schedule. We work with you to find the most appropriate day/time. Typically, weekday evenings beginning at 7:00PM, weekend-afternoons & evenings. Do I need to include samples of both, food and drink? No, but the more the guests can sample, the better. |
